1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeHabit (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeHabit is a user-led discipline and habit-tracking application designed to help users evaluate their readiness to trade and maintain structured checklists and routines. The Service provides tools such as daily readiness checks, trade entry checklists, and personal rule tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using TradeHabit, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Interfere with service security or performance
• Share accounts or automate access through bots
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Payments & Subscriptions

TradeHabit offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.

• All payments are processed by Stripe
• Refunds are not offered except as required by applicable law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• We do not store credit card information

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content associated with TradeHabit are owned by Tim Ha and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimers

TradeHabit does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice in those areas.

The Service is a self-discipline and habit-tracking tool only. All trading and financial decisions remain solely your responsibility.

We do not guarantee any particular results or profitability.

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tim Ha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service, including financial loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in lieu of court proceedings, except where prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
